Vegan Dessert Recipes
Here are my favorite simple vegan recipes for desserts. I try to use mainstream ingredients so you won't have to search ten grocery stores or pay a lot to get vegan specialty ingredients.
Additionally, I provide options for non-vegans - if you're not trying to avoid animal products, then there's no reason to send you back to the store for vegan ingredients if you've got perfectly good non-vegan ones in your fridge already.

chocolate chip cookies. Give this recipe a try - the cookies are lower in fat and calories
than most chocolate chip cookies, but they taste like bites of heaven.

Vegan cream cheese frosting sounds like a contradiction in terms, but if you use soy based
cream cheese, it comes out just fine. Non-vegans, follow the recipe but use regular cream
cheese.

This one took me a few months to perfect, but I think I've nailed it. With the superfoods
pumpkin and soy, it makes a guilt-free but tasty dessert. Serve it with homemade whipped
cream.
