Tropical Fruit Smoothie
The tropical fruit smoothie is paradise in a glass - but it's low cal so it won't wreck your bikini body.
I always used to love a smoothie made with mangos, pineapple, banana, and honey. When I added vanilla and cardamom, the whole flavor changed.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. frozen tropical fruits (mango, banana, pineapple - and optional papaya if you've got it)
- 1 c. organic soymilk
- 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp. raw unfiltered honey or agave nectar
- Pinch cardamom
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend.
