milk, and curry powder. I've left his recipe intact in all of its delicious glory but I
reduced the fat a bit.

Noodle kugel is a traditional Jewish dish. This is my mother's recipe. I make it
occasionally for friends and co-workers and they talk about it for years afterwards it is
so scrumptious.
