Simple vegetarian recipes for sandwiches & wraps can be made in minutes! Sandwiches & wraps use healthy ingredients and they are fun to make and to eat. You can bring wraps for lunches or picnics. Here are a few low calorie and vegetarian recipes that I make regularly.

I am also including recipes for vegetarian burgers here. I am much more likely to grill or saute a portobello mushroom as a burger patty instead of going to the trouble to make my own vegetarian burger from scratch.
